Refinishing Earthaus Stone Finish

 1. Sand Down the Seal: Remove the hydrophobic Olive Oil Soap burnished  layer to expose absorbent textured plaster:

• Use coarse sandpaper on a drywall sand pole (80-100 grit) or an electric sander to sand off the sealed/burnished layer. 
  
• Sand evenly, taking care not to damage or gouge the surface until the plaster is matte and absorbent. 
• Thoroughly clean the plaster with a damp cloth to ensure it is completely free of dust particles.

2. Re-Apply Stone Plaster finish coat Follow the steps in the Stone Finish Application Guide.
