Why does the Earthaus Tadelakt Finish not use Polishing Stones?Updated 2 years ago

The traditional Moroccan process of burnishing the walls with polished stones is a technique that can be done with the Earthaus Tadelakt Finish.    

We don't specify it in our system because done correctly over modern substrates, the Earthhaus Tadelakt Finish is very flat and can just as easily be compressed and burnished with a stainless steel trowel.   Traditional stone polishing creates a more organic finish and can have more aesthetic inconsistencies than a trowel burnished finish.
