We will make every effort to replace products that are damaged beyond usable condition during shipping. Please document any damage with photographs and contact us via email to begin the replacement process.
For LTL Freight shipments
Any damage to the shipment must be noted with photographs before signing for the shipment. Notify Earthaus Plaster immediately about shipping damages and we will take steps to file a claim with the shipper.
